We worked with Ryan Bandell and he was incredible to work with!! Definitely would recommend him to anyone, especially to first time home buyers!! We went in completely blind and Ryan helped us and made us feel comfortable/in control every step of the way, we never felt pressured into anything or blindsided. Our buying experience had quite a few hiccups and surprises and Ryan worked very hard for us, and in the end he helped us negotiate a great deal against some pretty tough odds!! Also something we really appreciate is that he didn’t try to sell on any house - he pointed out the pros and cons in homes we viewed, which we appreciated, definitely made us feel more confident that he had our best interests in mind!
Overall if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and most importantly is looking out for YOU, we truly recommend Ryan and will recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the area!
